1. Large-scale operation control system
The planting mode of hydroponic vegetables is mostly large-scale cultivation, using floating version cultivation or hydroponic PVC pipe cultivation, so we need our greenhouses to meet the large-scale mechanized operation. The conventional greenhouse control system must include external shading system, internal shading system, internal insulation system and wall insulation system recommended in northern regions, electric top opening system, fan and water curtain cooling system for summer production, and heating for winter production in northern region system. Accurate planting also requires the installation of outdoor weather stations and indoor IoT control software.
2. The choice of covering materials for greenhouses
In East China and South China, because the light is not particularly sufficient, you can consider using transparent colored glass or diffuse reflection glass as the top cover material. Greenhouses in North China and Northwest China are rich in sunlight resources, but the winter heat preservation energy consumption is too high in the annual operating cost. Therefore, some glass greenhouses in the north prefer to use PC boards with better thermal insulation effects as covering materials. The K value of single-layer tempered glass is 6.3~6.5, while the K value of double-layer hollow pc board is about 3.3.
Three, the problems that are easy to appear in the process of planting hydroponic vegetables
The daily management of hydroponic vegetables may cause root rot due to insufficient oxygen supply to the roots. Secondly, the configuration of the nutrient solution requires high technical requirements, and the measurement of the nutrient solution formula requires high accuracy. At the same time, hydroponic vegetables need to have high requirements for the cleanliness of the hydroponic tank during the planting process, especially in summer if the cleaning is not timely, the problems of mosquitoes and black rot are prone to occur.
