Precautions for post-maintenance and use of greenhouses

The agricultural industry is increasingly indispensable for vegetable greenhouses. Vegetable greenhouses can not only withstand natural disasters and droughts and floods, but can also advance or delay planting. The growth period of crops can reach the purpose of early maturity, late maturity, high yield and stable yield, which is widely loved by farmers. Next, the editor will introduce to you the precautions for the later maintenance and use of the greenhouse. Let's take a look.

guidelines for use of greenhouses

1. The greenhouse covering material is non-combustible, which will not promote the spread of fire, but fire prevention should also be paid attention to. Necessary fire-fighting facilities should be provided near the greenhouse.

2. The various structural parts of the greenhouse shall not be subject to strong collisions and impacts. If they are pulled by external forces, they should be repaired in time.

3. The covering material of the greenhouse must not be damaged by mirror sticking, scratching, hanging, etc.

4. It is strictly forbidden to store and use acids and alkalis, such as chemicals and preparations that are corrosive to the structure or seriously pollute the environment, in the greenhouse, so as to avoid corrosion to the structural parts and covering materials of the greenhouse.

5. Avoid direct contact of materials such as PVC or PC with the film: sulfur and pesticides containing sulfur or compounds will cause the aging and corrosion of the polyethylene film. When using a spray gun, do not sprinkle it on the PC board.

6. The actual operating temperature of the greenhouse is set by the user according to the needs. However, in high latitude areas (or winter), the indoor temperature should be maintained at not less than 4 ℃, otherwise it is easy to cause the indoor equipment to freeze.

7. The ventilation system of the greenhouse (top windows, side windows, gates, etc.) should be closed in time in typhoon weather to avoid accidents such as film tearing or damage to the transmission mechanism, as well as damage to plants.

8. The power supply voltage in the greenhouse must meet the requirements of its electrical appliances, too high or too low (>±5%) will cause the electrical appliances to fail to work or even be damaged.

9. Most of the motors in the greenhouse are three-phase motors. The adjustment of each phase switch and the wiring of the motors are based on the three-phase phase during installation. If the main power cord needs to be re-adjusted for some reason during use, At this time, special attention should be paid to the three-phase phase to be the same as the phase before adjustment. If the phase is different, the following phenomenon will occur: the motor will move in the opposite direction during operation, and it cannot move in both directions after stopping. At this time, the total power phase should be adjusted. Order, and adjust the safety limit switch to resume normal work (operators should be specially trained).

10. Geared motors and roller shutter motors used in greenhouses are suitable for intermittent working conditions. Frequent start-up or use should be avoided, otherwise it is easy to cause damage.

11. The height of the plants (or objects) in the greenhouse should not be less than 200mm from the roof when the sunshading system in the house is installed. When there is an internal sunshade system, the distance from the sunshade screen should not be less than 50mm, otherwise the roof or the sunshade screen will be easily damaged.
