Finned tube heating and fan heater heating
Generally speaking, the common heating methods in greenhouses are finned tube heating and fan heater heating, and there are two auxiliary heating methods. These devices can be installed with automatic thermostats to adjust according to the set temperature atmosphere. When the temperature in the shed reaches the specified range, the warm air will automatically run. When the temperature exceeds the set range, the heater will automatically stop. Today, let's take a look at the most common garden fans.
Garden fans have many advantages, high thermal efficiency, flow heat dissipation replaces the natural heat dissipation of traditional heaters, and forced heat dissipation fundamentally solves the problem of slow heating; water can store more heat, and fan heat is slowly dissipated through water conduction When it comes out, the temperature rises and falls evenly, and the temperature does not drop sharply; hot water is used as a heat medium to solve the problem of absorbing moisture in the air; garden heaters save energy and reduce operating costs for users.
The garden heater is mainly composed of copper pipes or special aluminum pipes for air conditioners; it adopts a negative pressure exhaust motor, with low noise, and the air supply distance is 25-35 meters; the garden fan breaks through the limitations of traditional radiators and significantly improves the performance of greenhouses in winter. The heating effect, flow heat dissipation also reduces the humidity of the greenhouse; it is widely used for heating vegetables, fruits and other greenhouses.
The garden heater is simple and convenient to install. It is connected to the inlet and outlet of the hot water and can be used by connecting to the power supply. The return water branch heater is installed on the valve. The temperature of the hot water should be kept at 60℃-80℃. The runners must be kept clean. After the garden heater has been used for 2-3 years, chemical methods should be used to remove the limescale pipes.
