How To Moderately Cool Down The Greenhouse

Feb 01, 2021

As the temperature rises in summer, how to moderately cool the greenhouse has become a key task of daily management.

Below, everyone will introduce the following six countermeasures in detail:

(1) External shading system software

It is to block the unnecessary sun outside the greenhouse to produce shade to maintain the crops in the greenhouse, and it is to maintain the temperature of the arch shed at a suitable temperature. It can reasonably block the sun from irradiating crops, and does not harm the air circulation in the greenhouse. The actual cooling effect is better than the internal shading. However, the external shading raw materials are required to be firm, durable, small in elasticity, and embrittlement prevention.

(2) Spray humidification system software

The main method is to spray water to the arched shed in the form of mist particles. The mist particles evaporate quickly and can quickly remove the heat from the air, and then discharge the cold and humid gas outside the greenhouse to reach the goal of rapid cooling. In addition, a centrifugal fan is installed on one side of the greenhouse for forced natural ventilation to cool down, which can achieve the actual effect of cooling the temperature curtain, the temperature is more uniform, and the service life is longer than that of the temperature curtain.

(3) Spray white on the flat roof

The actual effect of milky white back light is the best. A milky white coating is produced on the surface of the greenhouse, which can reflect the sun very well, to block a lot of energy from entering the arch shed, and it can also transform the sunlight entering the shed into beneficial to the crops. Diffuse light is extremely beneficial to the growth and development of crops.
