The Smart Agriculture Industrial Park is a double-recruitment and double-induction project focusing on innovation and upgrading of the "three modes" in Weicheng District, in-depth implementation of the rural industry upgrading project. The total investment of the project is 550 million yuan, covering an area of 1,100 mu. Focus on the development model of the entire industrial chain of modern agriculture, adhere to the “four-in-one” of breeding research and development, soil improvement, park construction and operation, and branded agricultural product sales, highlighting digital control, mechanized operation, standardized production, and branded operation. Technical support is provided by the Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and in-depth cooperation with well-known seed companies in 16 countries and regions. After the project is completed, more than 50 million high-quality seedlings can be bred annually, and more than 2,200 people will be employed.
