What is a Venlo glasshouse?

The glass greenhouse is a kind of facility agricultural greenhouse with a long service life, but in the planting and use of the glass greenhouse, the problem of humidity control needs to be solved, and the humidity in the greenhouse can be controlled to reduce the occurrence of pests.

1. Ingenious use of top-opening windows for regular ventilation

The top of the glass greenhouse will be installed with staggered natural ventilation openings. The ventilation openings are set at the spire but the side is high. The size of the top glass ventilation window is 2 meters by 1 meter, and the size of the top sun panel ventilation window is four. Meters times one meter. If the glass greenhouse is closed for a long time, the humidity in the greenhouse will naturally increase, so proper ventilation at the right time is a good way to reduce humidity. It is worth noting that the ventilation should be carried out at noon or around the middle, because the indoor temperature has already accumulated and climbed, and it is significantly higher than the outdoor temperature. Otherwise, the indoor temperature will drop. Especially in winter and spring, when the indoor temperature drops below the reasonable growth temperature of plants, the tuyere should be closed in time.

Second, increase the amount of light transmission

We can increase the light in the shed by opening the external shading system and internal shading system of the glass greenhouse. Increasing the amount of light transmission can raise the room temperature, and only after the room temperature rises can normal ventilation be performed.

3. Warming up and dehumidifying

Using this method can not only meet the temperature requirements of vegetables, but also reduce the relative humidity of the air. When the plants grow to be immune, watering and closing the shed to heat up to about 30 ℃ for one hour, and then ventilating and dehumidifying, can be repeated when the shed humidity is lower than 25 ℃ after 3 or 4 hours.

Fourth, reasonable watering to reduce the source of humidity

Moisture is the main factor leading to the increase of indoor humidity, so how to water has become an important measure to control humidity. In winter and spring production, you can choose sunny day furrow watering or ramet watering, and mulch film can be used for dark irrigation under the film. Watering to strictly control the amount of watering, resulting in high indoor humidity. Appropriate ventilation after each watering, and timely hoeing and loosening of the soil can reduce soil moisture and air humidity.

Five, mulch cover

The use of plastic film mulching can reduce the evaporation of soil moisture and is an important measure to reduce indoor air humidity. For example, in the glass greenhouse with constant temperature and humidity, the method of covering double ridges with mulch film is adopted, and the water flows into the small furrows under the mulch film when watering. The mulch prevents the evaporation of water, which reduces the air humidity in the shed after watering.

Six, choose the appropriate insulation curtain material

Thermal insulation curtain materials with good moisture permeability and moisture absorption, such as non-woven fabrics, can prevent dew condensation on the inner surface and control the dew falling on the plants, thereby reducing the air humidity.
