Three characteristics of the arch frame of the solar panel greenhouse
(1) Reflective design increases light
The surface of the solar panel greenhouse arch frame contains reflective material, and the application of reflective hot melt coating greatly improves the light reflection effect. The lighting effect is most obvious in the morning and afternoon (side light). Under normal circumstances, the light intensity is about 15% higher than that of ordinary greenhouses, which is equivalent to accumulating nearly one hour more light in a day;



(2) Long anti-corrosion life
The arch frame of the solar panel greenhouse adopts advanced anti-corrosion technology, and uses two forms of anti-corrosion: hot-melt plastic-coated steel pipe and hot-dip galvanizing. Excellent anti-corrosion performance, can be used in a certain concentration of acid, alkali working environment and high humidity environment. The arch material has a low heat absorption rate, and the surface temperature under direct sunlight in summer generally does not exceed the body temperature, so the agricultural film will not be scalded. The surface is bright and clean and will not contaminate the agricultural film;
(3) High hardness and sand resistance
The arch frame of the solar panel greenhouse is made of cold-rolled rectangular steel pipe, with high compressive strength, and the net pressure of a single arch can reach 250-350 kg. Due to the streamlined design, the solar panel greenhouse has strong wind resistance and can withstand wind speeds of 29 m/s (level 10 wind). In addition, because the rectangular steel pipe is used, the supporting force and compressive strength of the arch frame are improved, and it is especially suitable for the northeast and northwest regions with heavy wind and snow.
