There will be five major trends in the future of agriculture:
One is the development from "planar" to "three-dimensional". That is, the "time difference" and "space difference" of various crops in the growth process are used for reasonable assembly and fine matching to form various types of multi-functional, multi-level, and multi-channel high-quality production systems.
The second is to develop from "natural" to "facility". Some agricultural experts meticulously designed to transform farm-style agricultural production into an agricultural park, integrating agricultural planting, greening the environment, and sightseeing and tourism. Labor will also become a pleasant job.
The third is the development from "mechanization" to "computer automation." Agricultural machinery has brought vitality to modern agriculture. The application of the electronic computer intelligent management module system in agriculture will bring the modern management of agriculture to a new level.
The fourth is the development from "chemicalization" to "biologicalization". Modern agriculture has commonly used chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and plant hormones. Although this has increased crop yields, it has also brought environmental pollution and other public hazards. In the future, agriculture will enter a new era of biological green and clean agriculture.
The fifth is to expand from "ground" to "space". In the future, agriculture will expand to the universe, such as using space to cultivate new varieties and develop space agriculture.
