The parameters of greenhouse construction are mainly explained from 4 aspects
Greenhouse is one of the most widely used and used types. It has the characteristics of small component section, simple installation, high light transmittance, good sealing, and large ventilation area. So from the structure of the greenhouse, what are the main parameters of the greenhouse construction?
(1) Greenhouse foundation and indoor ground
Basic reinforced concrete structure, steel grades I and II, concrete C20. The foundation depth is 0.8m. The elevation of the top surface is 0.5m, and drainage is adopted at both ends, and the rest of the ground is tamped and paved with ground cloth to provide water supply and drainage systems. The drain pipe is made of PVC110.
(2) Greenhouse main frame
The main material of the greenhouse is made of domestic high-quality hot-dip galvanized carbon structural steel; A 10mm thick steel plate is used. The section size of the truss is 50×50×2mm, the gutter is 2.5mm thick, and the cold-formed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is used for drainage. Greenhouse steel is equipped according to industry standards, and the skeleton and various connectors are treated with hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment.
(3) Greenhouse door
In order to facilitate the daily use and operation management of the greenhouse, a set of aluminum alloy sliding doors is set on the east side of the greenhouse and at the partition, and a buffer room is set in the east gate to prevent cold air from entering when the door is opened, and an aluminum alloy door is set in each compartment of the greenhouse .
(4) Covering material
The surrounding and partitions of the greenhouse are covered with high-quality 5mm+6+5mm thick flat float glass insulating glass. The greenhouse canopy is covered with high-quality 8mm thick hollow board. Special aluminum alloy profiles for inlay plating are sealed with EPDM sealant strips.
