The installation of the endurance board is very simple, but there are some precautions that must be observed, otherwise it will affect the use of the endurance board:
1. When installing the endurance board, the maintenance film on the edge of the PC board should be lifted up to about 250px in order to bond the neutral sealant and the PC board to achieve a better waterproof effect.
2. In order to prevent thermal expansion and contraction, a telescopic gap should be reserved between the two plates when installing the endurance board, and a suitable endurance board expansion coefficient should be designed according to the local temperature.
3. When installing the endurance board, punch holes in the board in advance, don't punch it directly, otherwise it will damage the board and affect the use of the endurance board.
4. Don't overtighten the screws when installing the screws. Overtightening will cause the endurance board to crack and also affect the waterproof effect.
5. Waterproof pads and beading should be added when installing the board.
6. After installing the endurance board, tear off the protective film on the surface. If you want the endurance board to last longer, you can cover it with a protective film.
