Overwintering of Greenhouse Vegetables
During the wintering period of greenhouse vegetables, there are many kinds of catastrophic weather, and the unfavorable climatic conditions have a great impact on the production of greenhouse vegetables. Therefore, the field management of greenhouses must be strengthened during this period.
Warming and heat preservation measures: For sheds with less straw curtains, thin back walls and poor thermal insulation, increase the thickness of the straw curtains, use double-layer curtains as much as possible, and cover the straw curtains with anti-rain and snow plastic films to keep them in good condition. Curtains dry. If the temperature in the greenhouse is lower than 6 ℃, the method of burning the stove should be used to heat it; cucumbers, tomatoes, fruits and vegetables are mainly for root preservation, seedling preservation, and preservation.
Pay attention to severe weather management: management of even cloudy days. In case of continuous cloudy days, as long as the temperature is not very low, the straw curtain should be lifted. If the sun is exposed for a short time, the temperature in the shed will rise. A reflective screen is hung on the back wall of the greenhouse, which will also play a role in enhancing light and temperature on cloudy days. Keep the room temperature not lower than 10°C at night, and strive to store more heat on the back wall on sunny days. During the day, the temperature should be controlled at 25°C-28°C, and if it is greater than 30°C, it should be protected from wind in time. In winter, when there are many cloudy days, mulch film should be covered in advance, which can increase the ground temperature and reduce the occurrence of low-temperature freezing damage.
Management of snowy weather. When snow falls during the day, be sure to roll up the straw curtains. After the snow stops, clean the snow on the shed film immediately. For the difficult-to-clean parts of the middle slope of the greenhouse, gently scrape down with a smooth wooden stick to avoid scratching the shed film as much as possible. When it snows at night, it is even more important to remove the snow on the straw curtains in time. The straw curtains should be wrapped with plastic film in advance to prevent the straw curtains from absorbing water, which will cause the shed to be overburdened and the arches will be distorted or even collapsed.
Windy weather management. When the shed film is bulging, immediately fasten the film pressing line or lay down some straw curtains to press the middle of the front roof of the greenhouse. In the case of strong winds at night, it is best to cover a layer of straw curtains on the bottom of the front of the greenhouse, and then press it with stones.
