1. Metal frame

If the welded frame is found to be cracked, it should be repaired immediately. For some metal components that are not galvanized, anti-rust paint can be applied regularly to prolong the life of the structure.
The convex part of the steel skeleton or the whole skeleton is wrapped with cloth to prevent the shed membrane from being worn out. The method is to use waste cloth strips or non-woven fabric strips to wrap them around all the steel pipe supports in the greenhouse, separate the steel pipes from the shed film, avoid the contact between the shed film and the steel pipes, and tie the cloth strips with nylon ropes to avoid the cloth strips Its function is to prevent friction from damaging the shed, and the second is that the steel pipe will not be exposed to direct sunlight and cause the temperature to be too high to avoid the danger of scalding, wrinkling or rupture of the shed film.
2. Columns in the shed of the solar greenhouse
In addition, after the greenhouse has been used for one season, the wheat straw and sorghum straw on the roof will inevitably rot, and the walls will also erode or even collapse. Timely repairs are required to avoid further damage to the greenhouse. For the rotten and sunken back roof, the wheat straw and sorghum stalks should be replaced in time to prevent the wall from collapsing due to rainwater in summer. For the wall that has been denuded, it needs to be repaired and plastered. If possible, lime plaster can be mixed with straw to cover the wall surface to prevent rain, reflect light and kill bacteria.
