(1) External shading system


It is to shield the remaining sunlight from the outside of the glass multi-span greenhouse construction to form a shade to maintain the crops in the greenhouse, and to keep the temperature in the greenhouse at a suitable temperature. This can effectively prevent the direct sunlight from shining on the crops, without affecting the natural ventilation in the greenhouse. The cooling effect is better than the internal shading, but the external shading materials are required to be consolidated, durable, small in elasticity, and anti-aging.


(2) Micro mist system


High-pressure atomization equipment refers to the system that uses the high-pressure atomization host to transport the water after precision filtration to the special high-pressure pipe network for fog generation (pressure resistance 14 MPa), and finally spray it into mist by the special spray nozzle for fog generation. The working principle of the high-pressure atomization system is that high-pressure water is sprayed from the micro-holes and collides with solids to form water mist. The pressurized water (greater than 4 Mpa) is atomized by a professional nozzle through a high-pressure transmission pipeline to produce 0.10-15.00 um micro-mist particles, which can quickly absorb heat from the air to complete vaporization and diffusion, so as to achieve The purpose of air humidification and cooling. The drier the air, the better the cooling effect, the greater the humidity, the worse the cooling effect.


(3) White spray on the roof


White has the best light reflection effect. A white coating is formed on the surface of the glass multi-span greenhouse construction, which can reflect the sun well to prevent a lot of heat energy from entering the shed, and it can also convert the sun into the shed to be beneficial to the crops. The scattered light is extremely beneficial to the growth of crops.


(4) Groundwater circulation


Using underground cold water to circulate through the surface cooler and adding an induced draft fan, the cooling effect at night can be achieved, and the air humidity in the greenhouse is not added at the same time. Groundwater resources can also be used, with the addition of heating and cooling units, which can not only reduce temperature, increase temperature, but also be environmentally friendly and energy-saving, but now the cost is too high.


(5) Wet curtain cooling


The wet curtain cooling is a process in which the outside high temperature air passes through the soaked wet curtain, humidifies and cools, and forms cold air. The cold air absorbs the residual heat through the controlled room and then discharges it outside. It mainly uses the evaporation of water to cool down, because the evaporation of water needs to absorb heat, so that part of the heat in the shed can be taken away, and an electric fan is initiated together to extract the hot air from the glass multi-span greenhouse construction and then cool it down.


(6) Natural ventilation


There are three main benefits of choosing the natural pass method: one is to remove the residual heat in the shed and lower the temperature; the other is to remove the remaining moisture in the shed and to reduce the humidity; the third is to adjust the content of indoor air components to advance the carbon dioxide content in the air To add photosynthesis. At the same time, we must pay attention to increasing the ventilation area. The successive butterfly windows that can be used on the top of the glass multi-span greenhouse construction will increase the ventilation area of the surrounding side windows.
