Greenhouses Structure

The foundation period of greenhouse construction is relatively short, and the method of independent foundation or ring beam foundation is generally adopted. The specific choice of which form of greenhouse foundation should be selected first according to the type of greenhouse, and secondly according to the local terrain and climatic conditions.

1. Simple plug-in arch shed. This kind of steel frame film greenhouse generally adopts the ground insertion method, that is, the greenhouse arch is inserted 30-50cm below the ground to enhance the stability of the shed surface. This kind of shed has a small load and is generally not produced in winter.

2. Solar greenhouse. This kind of solar greenhouse is generally divided into two structures: earth wall and brick wall. Among them, 1-1.2 meters are dug under the soil wall, and the masonry wall is built by rolling with soil on the spot, and the embedded parts are embedded in the wall and welded to the main arch frame.

Brick-wall solar greenhouses are generally built with a 30-50cm brick base, and 5cm of Panax notoginseng lime soil or plain concrete cushion is applied under the base after tamping.

3. Multi-span film arch shed. This kind of greenhouse foundation generally adopts C15 or C20 to cast a 40*40*60cm column-type independent foundation, and build one under each main column and reserve welding embedded parts. High-standard multi-span film sheds are designed to have a long service life. Generally, C20 or C25 are used to cast ring beams and independent foundations. The size of the foundation is generally 40*40*80cm.

4. Multi-span greenhouses. Generally refers to multi-span glass or sun panel greenhouses, which are all made of C20 or C25 ring beams and independent foundation pouring, the service life is generally more than 20 to 25 years, and the depth of the foundation pit is generally 80-120cm. According to the local climate and geological conditions, it is generally suitable to be 20cm below the permafrost layer, and 20-30cm should be properly deepened in areas with blizzard weather in the northern region.
