How to ventilate the glass greenhouse?
Glass greenhouse is a kind of greenhouse. As a form with a relatively long service life, it is suitable for use in various regions and under various climatic conditions. The glass greenhouse has the characteristics of large lighting area, uniform lighting, long service life, high strength, strong anti-corrosion, flame retardancy, more than 90% light transmission, and no decay over time.
1. Natural wind
Glass greenhouses rely on natural ventilation to regulate the indoor environment most of the time. The structural form of large-scale production glass greenhouses is generally a double-slope multi-span greenhouse, and the ventilation form is to set ventilation windows on the side walls and roof ridges. The total ventilation area is not less than 15% of the greenhouse floor area, and it is recommended not to be more than 30%. When the ridge window is opened, the window sash is recommended to be tilted upward beyond the horizontal plane. When fully opened, it forms an angle of 100 with the horizontal plane to obtain a good ventilation effect. . The ventilation volume of natural ventilation is related to wind speed, wind direction, position of ventilation window, area of ventilation window and temperature difference between inside and outside of the greenhouse.
2. Forced ventilation
Although glass greenhouses rely on natural ventilation to adjust the environment most of the time, when the temperature is high in summer, especially in hot weather when the outdoor temperature exceeds 33°C, natural wind alone cannot meet the cooling requirements of the greenhouse. Ventilation and other measures to cool down are commonly used methods in production. Forced ventilation uses fans to convert electrical energy into wind energy, and forced air flow to ventilate the greenhouse and achieve cooling effects. The theoretical cooling limit for forced ventilation is when the indoor air temperature equals the outdoor air temperature.
