⑴ fixed skirt membrane. The skirt film is 6.8 meters wide and 1-2 meters longer than the greenhouse. One side of the 1-meter-wide film is rolled into hemp rope or nylon rope, and ironed into a small tube, which is covered on the lower part of the two sides of the scaffold, and the two ends After the pull rope is tightened, it is fixed on the shed head, and the pull wire is fixed on the trellis with a thin wire in the middle, and a shallow trench with a depth of 10 cm is opened on the side road where the arch is inserted, and the 20 cm film that exceeds the apron is buried in the trench. .
⑵ fixed top membrane. The width of the top film is the arc of the arch frame - 80 cm, and the length is the length of the greenhouse + 2 times the height of the greenhouse + 40 cm. The top film is installed under no wind conditions. After the top film is stretched, it is fixed on the head column of the greenhouse with iron wires.
(3) Buried anchors. A ground anchor is buried in the middle of each side of the two adjacent scaffoldings. The specific method is: tie a whole brick with thick iron wire, bury it in the soil along the edge, and leave a ring on it to fix the lamination line. The lamination line must be tightened with the shed film.
⑷ Install the door. Cut the film at the door, roll the upper side of the door frame, roll the door frame on both sides, nail it with wooden strips, use bamboo as the frame for the door, stretch the film, and then fix it on one side of the door frame with thick iron wire.
