At the same time, through proper pruning, maintain a reasonable number of leaves, promote the healthy growth of plants, and avoid direct sunlight on the fruits to cause sunburn. At noon, the temperature in the solar greenhouse is generally higher, and the leaf evaporation will increase, which is easy to cause the vegetable leaf to roll up. At this time, pay attention to opening all the upper and lower air outlets of the greenhouse, so that the cold air outside the shed and the hot air in the shed form convection to accelerate the discharge of hot air. Vegetable farmers can install micro-sprinkler sprays in vegetable greenhouses to lower the greenhouse temperature, which can also increase the air humidity in the greenhouses, prevent the drying of vegetable stigmas, promote pollination, and prevent vegetables from falling flowers and fruits.
Secondly, the greenhouse must be protected before rain. First, we must dig drainage canals in advance to prevent rainwater from backflowing. A drainage ditch equal to the length of the greenhouse can be dug at the front face of the greenhouse, about half a meter wide and about 30 cm deep, so that the water flowing down from the greenhouse surface can flow away at any time and prevent excessive water from flowing into the greenhouse. The second is to cover with film or non-woven fabric to prevent the back wall and east and west gables from being soaked by rain. Use a film or non-woven fabric to cover the shed, and rainwater will flow down, which will not soak the shed, but also protect it from wind. Because the film ages quickly and is easy to be scratched, it is necessary to check the condition of the film covering the back wall at any time before the heavy rain arrives to ensure that there is no water leakage.
