How to cover plastic sheeting in greenhouse

1. Preparation for lamination.

(1) Personnel preparation. Taking a greenhouse with a length of 100 meters from east to west and a span of 9.5 meters as an example, at least 20 people are required to participate.

(2) Film preparation. The vegetable greenhouse film is divided into two sheets, one is the roofing film, and the other is the wind-releasing film. For the former, it is recommended to buy films such as EVA or PO with high light transmittance, strong drip-free anti-fogging properties, and long service life, with a length of about 98 meters and a width of about 10.5 meters. The latter is suitable for purchasing ordinary shed film, the length is the same as the former, the width is about 3 meters, and the pull rope is also required.

(3) Tool preparation. Pliers, tightening machine, bamboo poles, iron wire, steel wire, laminating rope, etc.

2. Cover the shed film. Covering the greenhouse film should be done in a sunny and windless afternoon. Covering the roofing film can be divided into four steps: (1) Pull the film to the shed. For example, from the east side of the greenhouse, 20 people are required to lift the greenhouse film in turn every 5 meters, and along the front of the greenhouse, lift one end of the greenhouse film to the west side of the greenhouse. Afterwards, 10 of them pulled up the shed film (with a rope), went up from the bottom of the shed, walked up the arch, and pulled the film to the shed surface, and the remaining 10 people held the shed in place. film and help 10 other people pull the film.

(2) Fix the upper end of the membrane. Method: One person first fixes the steel wire on the pull rope on the east side of the greenhouse, the other person pulls the pull rope at the west side of the greenhouse, and the steel wire can be passed through the greenhouse film according to the trend, and then the end of the steel wire is fixed to the ground anchor at the west wall of the shed. On the top, the other end of the steel wire is fixed with a wire tightening machine. Finally, use iron wire to tie the upper end of the shed film to the bamboo pole, and tie every other bamboo pole once. Note that the wire head after binding should be down to avoid puncturing the air shed film.

(3) Fix both ends of the membrane. First, wrap the bamboo pole about 10 meters long with the edge of the shed film. After that, 10 people pick up the bamboo pole and pull it down. After pulling it tightly, they can use iron wire to fix it on the ground sight, about 50 cm. - - place. In order to strengthen the firmness, it is recommended that the iron wire be wound in S on the steel wire. In the same way, fix the end of the shed film on the east side of the shed. Step 4: Bury the front end of the lamination film. At the front of the greenhouse, five people are required to roll up the front end of the greenhouse film with bamboo poles from the east of the greenhouse. After pulling down and tightening the greenhouse film, the other 5 people use soil to bury the film and press it firmly.

3. Upper lamination rope. According to the method of covering the roof shed film, after covering the air release shed film, it is necessary to put on the lamination rope to strengthen the firmness of the shed film. The upper end of the lamination rope is tied to the ground anchor at the top of the shed, and the lower end is tied to the ground anchor at the front of the shed, and the lamination rope can be laminated every 2 meters. The key is to tighten and tighten.
