Features of the Venlo Smart Greenhouse!
The covering materials of Venlo-type greenhouses are divided into glass or solar panels.
(1) High light transmittance and uniform illumination Due to the characteristics of the load-bearing structure, the roof of the Venlo-type greenhouse uses glass with high light transmittance as the lighting material, and at the same time uses special aluminum profiles as the roof beams, which greatly reduces the cross-sectional size of the roof beams In addition, the roof slats and connectors are omitted, which reduces the shading of the entire roof system and greatly improves the light transmittance of the entire greenhouse; this feature is well adapted to the characteristics of less sunlight in winter in Europe, and has become a large number of popularization and promotion. important factor to use. In addition, due to the use of small surfaces with the same structure, the distribution of light in the greenhouse is also more uniform, creating conditions for uniform light of crops, especially suitable for greenhouse seedlings and flower production that require high light consistency.
(2) The greenhouse is well sealed. The Venlo-type greenhouse uses special aluminum alloys and matching rubber strips and injection molded parts as glass inlay components, which greatly improves the airtightness of the greenhouse. On the one hand, the good airtightness ensures that the greenhouse due to convection The resulting heat loss is greatly reduced, and on the other hand, it provides conditions for good roof drainage. Therefore, Venlo-type greenhouses often use small cross-section gutters and roofs on both sides of the gutter to form the roof drainage channel of the greenhouse, which greatly improves roof drainage efficiency.
(3) Venlo-type greenhouses with large ventilation area have a higher ratio of roof to ground projection. Compared with other types of greenhouses with the same span, there can be 2 to 4 pairs of roofs in each span, that is, 2 to 4 ridges and gutters. Therefore, the same ventilation rate as that of other greenhouses with the same span can be achieved when interval windows are used, and the ventilation rate is doubled when continuous windows are used. Usually, the ventilation area of a Venlo-type greenhouse can reach about 30% of the greenhouse floor area.
(4) The drainage efficiency of the roof is high. Since the number of gutters in each span of the Vemlo-type greenhouse reaches 2 to 4, compared with other types of greenhouses with the same span, the catchment area of each gutter is reduced by 50% to 83%. .
(5) Flexibility of use The application of strong truss-type roof joists makes the Venlo-type greenhouse more flexible in use. Since the height of the truss joists is 350~600mm, it is very convenient for creating mechanisms, curtain systems, and crop suspension. The installation of the system and some other equipment provides sufficient installation space and support positions.
