Cultivation and Management Techniques of Chives in Greenhouses
1. Varieties: Zhuganqing, Ermalian.
2. Cultivation of leek roots: 1 to 2 years of growing leek roots, high yields can only be achieved after the shed is closed. It was broadcast live in mid-May of the first year. Deep plow the land, apply 5,000 kg of organic fertilizer per mu, expand into a 1-meter-wide furrow, sow 5 to 6 furrows per furrow, and sow 4 to 5 kg per mu; use 50% herbicide No. 1 chemical weeding before emergence, and weed every 100 Gram to 150 grams mixed with 150 kg of water and sprayed on the ground. Topdressing with 2 to 3 leaves, 500 kg of manure or 10 kg to 20 kg of ammonium sulfate per mu. From June to August, to prevent ground maggots, 500 to 800 times of 90% crystal trichlorfon, or 1500 times of phoxim and dichlorvos, twice in total. Fill with frozen water before freezing.
3. Leek management: early buckle shed, early greening. From the beginning of March to the middle of March, close the sheds, collect the dead leaves and loosen the soil, so as to promote the greening. The leaf height is about 10 cm, topdressing, 500 kg of dilute manure per mu or 10 kg to 15 kg of ammonium sulfate, combined with irrigation.
4. Antifreeze and heat preservation: There is no ventilation in the initial stage of closing the shed, and the temperature of the shed is kept at 20-25°C during the day, and antifreeze at night.
5. Harvesting and post-cutting management: cut the head with a knife at a plant height of 20 cm, loosen the soil after cutting, dry for 2 to 3 days, topdress and water, weed and cultivate soil, and cut 3 to 4 knives in the shed.
