Technical preparations

(1) Safety protection measures have been taken on the edges and openings of the steel skylights on the roof.

Quality measures

(1) The production and installation quality of the curved steel frame structure of this project shall be implemented in accordance with the GB50205-2001 "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering"

(2) The cutting and transportation of the sunshine board must ensure the quality. Pay special attention to the sealing heads at both ends of the solar panel to ensure that it is not damaged, so as to prevent the inside of the honeycomb from being polluted by the ventilation.

(3) The specifications, model, and size of the solar panels must meet the design requirements, and have a certificate of ex-factory: there should be no damage or cracks on the surface of the solar panels, and there should be no dust or moisture in the gaps of the solar panels.

(4) The sealing strip must be tightly attached to the sun board and aluminum profile, and the final size is the same as the aluminum profile. The sealant must be neutral, and it must be non-corrosive to the sun board. Each connection must be firm and meet the requirements of leak-proof sealing.

(5) When installing the sun panel, there must be a certain amount of displacement between the two sun panels. Structural deformation is strictly prohibited. The self-drilling and self-tapping screws are evenly applied to prevent damage to the sun panel. After the installation is completed, the fixing method is correct, the ceiling slope meets the design requirements, and the drainage is unobstructed.

Safety measures

(1) To enter the construction site, you must understand and strictly abide by the safety operation regulations

(2) High-altitude workers must wear safety belts, and put tools on hand in the tool bag, and do not throw tools away.

(3) Garbage generated during the construction process such as the scraps of the sunshine board, the torn off the protective film of the sunshine board, the used sealant packaging, the scraps of EPDM rubber strips and other waste generated during the construction process should be stored at a fixed point, cleaned up, and littering is prohibited. .

(4) The cutting of the sunshine board must comply with the operating specifications. During the installation of the sunshine board, the operator must dress neatly, wear a safety helmet, and it is strictly forbidden to wear slippers. Professionals must be on site to conduct command and supervision.

(5) Pay attention to safe use when using knives and portable circular saws on site to avoid accidentally injuring yourself and others.

(6) Protective measures should be taken to cover the sunlight panels that cannot be used in time to prevent dust and water vapor in the air from running into the panels.
