Common basic practices in winter warm greenhouse construction
1. Hit the soil wall dryly. The most typical representative is the warm winter greenhouse in Shouguang City, Shandong Province. The thickness of the back wall and gable wall of the greenhouse can reach 5~7 meters, which can absorb a lot of heat during the day and release it at night when the temperature is low. Through the thermal insulation effect of the earth wall, the production cost of winter operation is greatly reduced. At present, the Shouguang greenhouse is the most advanced.
2, brick wall. The rear wall and gable generally adopt the method of 37 or 50 wall plus polystyrene board insulation, which is generally suitable for the case where the land cost is high and the soil masonry wall is not suitable. This kind of wall has a longer life, but the construction cost and insulation effect are not as good as that of the earth wall.
3. Steel frame composite. Generally, a steel frame is used as the frame of the wall, and then the inner and outer sides of the steel frame are covered with thermal insulation materials such as thermal insulation boards.
The above three wall methods are common forms of greenhouses in winter, and the purpose is to improve the thermal insulation effect of the greenhouse and reduce the construction cost of the greenhouse.
