Especially in winter, traditional plastic greenhouses can no longer meet the market demand. Therefore, glass greenhouses came into being, especially aluminum alloy gutter glass greenhouses. Although the practicability, aesthetics and durability of the greenhouse have been fully considered in the design process, in the actual construction process, the local deformation of the greenhouse will always be inconsistent due to the construction deviation of civil works and steel structures and the uneven settlement of the foundation. It will have a certain impact on the connection and sealing of the greenhouse, and affect the growth and yield of crops in the greenhouse. As shown in Figure 1, the biggest advantage of the glass greenhouse using aluminum alloy gutter is that in the frequent rainy season in summer, it can effectively avoid the leakage of the traditional steel gutter glass greenhouse caused by insufficient drainage of the steel gutter when the instantaneous rainfall is large. The new aluminum alloy gutter system glass greenhouse uses the entire roof as a drainage system. When the temperature is low in winter, the hollow insulation layer of the aluminum alloy gutter can effectively reduce energy consumption and play an effective role in energy saving and emission reduction.

The aluminum alloy gutter system also has high requirements on the actual construction quality on site. In addition to the construction of civil works and the main steel structure in strict accordance with the drawings and corresponding specifications, the installation quality of aluminum alloys and covering materials is also very important. Unreasonable butt joint of roof ridge


Usually in the process of greenhouse construction, the ideal installation sequence and state is to use two ridge connectors at the end of the two ridges to fix and clamp them at the butt joints of the ridges, and fix them with bolts and nuts. In order to ensure the stability of the ridge connection, the lower part of the butt joint of the two ridges is fixed and installed again with a connecting flange. However, in the operation of the greenhouse, there may be uneven settlement of civil construction and deformation within the safe range of the greenhouse component structure. Although the safety of the greenhouse is not affected, these uneven settlement and structural deformation will make the gap at the butt joint of the ridge stretched and enlarged. , and then when it rains, the rainwater will flow into the interior of the greenhouse along the gap between the roof ridges, causing water leakage, which will adversely affect the later operation of the greenhouse, especially the ecological restaurant greenhouse and the display greenhouse.

In order to prevent such problems, a 2 mm thick EPDM material can be used to cushion the ridges between the ridges after the ridges are butted and before the two ridge connectors are installed. EPDM is a soft connection, and reaching a certain thickness can effectively alleviate this problem. Deformation gaps, or use neutral silicone structural adhesive to evenly inject glue at the butt joints of the ridges, to a certain extent alleviate the adverse effects of the larger deformation gaps.


Water leakage at the lap joint between the side wall gutter and the side wall facade


At the lap seal of the roof and the side wall, the EPDM strips with the profile code of 1750 are embedded in the grooves of the gutter and the façade roof profiles to seal. The requirement is that the rubber strips overlap along the slope and leave a lap length of about 100 mm (Figure 4~5). However, during the actual operation of the greenhouse, since the rubber strips are soft, when the amount of rain is large, the rubber strips will Concave, so the rainwater will accumulate in the groove, and then the water will leak into the room at the overlap of the rubber strip, causing water leakage at the overlap between the roof side wall gutter and the side wall façade. The length of the rubber strip with the code 1750 sealed here can be made the same length as the side wall. The length of the rubber strip is the same as the length of the roll production to the greenhouse, and the splicing of the rubber strip is cancelled. Effectively solve the above problems. If you encounter a project with a long greenhouse bay, you can use the glue strip ironing technology to iron the two parts of the glue strip. Although the construction increases the workload, it can effectively solve the problem of water leakage at the overlap.

Greenhouse lightning protection grounding rod installation design problems


The current design and construction method for the lightning protection and grounding of the greenhouse is to drill and install the chemical bolts in the corresponding positions according to the design drawings after the greenhouse foundation is constructed according to the drawings, and the main steel structure of the upper part of the greenhouse is installed and fixed on the chemical bolts. The lightning protection grounding is to add a galvanized flat steel to the bottom plate of the steel column (welded with the main reinforcement of the ring beam, and the exposed part is crimped with the anchor bolt), and then a galvanized grounding electrode is inserted into the plain soil next to it. After the galvanized flat steel is connected with the hot-dip galvanized flat iron, the lightning protection grounding system of the greenhouse is formed. This method has certain drawbacks: ①The lightning protection grounding is installed after the civil works and the main structure are all installed. If there is lightning weather during the period, it may cause unnecessary losses; ②Because the flat steel for lightning protection grounding is on-site Installation, encounter workers with inexperienced construction, there may be missed installation. During the operation, the chemical bolts can be changed into pre-embedded anchor bolts. During the foundation construction, the pre-embedded anchor bolts and the foundation main bars can be welded together by using ¢ 10 connecting bars, and the upper main steel structure is connected with the foundation bars through the pre-embedded anchor bolts. Together, the lightning protection grounding problem can be effectively solved in case of lightning weather. The above-mentioned disadvantages can also be solved.

The position of the greenhouse electric box conflicts with the position of the heating pipe


In the greenhouse design stage, the electrical engineer has already arranged the greenhouse electrical control box in the fixed position of the greenhouse floor plan, but in the actual construction, if the greenhouse is located in the north (such as Jilin and other provinces with very low temperature in winter), the greenhouse will When equipped with a heating system, due to its particularity, the heating pipelines need to be arranged on site according to the actual situation except for the specific locations specified in most drawings. If the location of the electrical control box needs to be arranged, it is necessary Adjust the position of the electrical box on site, so that the wiring arrangement of the external wires of the electrical control box will change, and the length of the external wires of the control box will be insufficient. Redesign, procurement, and delivery will affect the construction period and cost. It is recommended to reserve a 1.5 m position beside the door of each area to place the electrical control box specially, so that no matter if you encounter a greenhouse with or without heating pipes, there will be no problem of position conflict.

When carrying out the construction of aluminum alloy gutter glass greenhouse, first of all, the construction should be carried out in strict accordance with the design drawings. When encountering unreasonable places, the plan cannot be changed without authorization, and the relevant personnel should be effectively communicated and solved. Reasonable construction technology can maximize the design results, and the problems found in the construction and the suggestions given can also better assist the design, processing and production, and provide users with more practical greenhouse products.
