Green and White Plastic Film

 

The green-white film is a double-layer composite PE film with a green front and a white back. The green side has a light-blocking rate of 60%-85% (semi-shading) and also has light-filtering properties. The white side has the same reflectivity as the black-and-white film. Its thickness and width are also compatible with the black-and-white film. The surface is treated with anti-aging, waterproof, and weather-resistant materials. Its core characteristics are semi-shading and light filtering, reflective temperature control, and growth promotion and quality improvement. 1. Semi-shading and light filtering, suitable for fruit and vegetable growth: The green side filters strong ultraviolet rays and some direct sunlight, converting them into soft, diffused light. This alleviates the scorching of fruit and vegetable leaves, flowers, and young fruits caused by high temperatures and strong sunlight in summer, while retaining the effective light required for crop photosynthesis, avoiding excessive vegetative growth and reduced yield caused by complete shading.

 

2. Reflective and supplemental lighting, improving light uniformity: When the white side faces inwards, it reflects and diffuses light to the corners of the greenhouse and the lower layers of crops, compensating for dark spots and ensuring even light distribution across the canopy of fruits and vegetables. This improves fruit coloring and uniformity, making it especially suitable for planting tomatoes, peppers, strawberries, grapes, and other fruits and vegetables during their coloring stage.

 

3. Temperature control without stuffiness, suitable for summer planting: The semi-shading characteristic maintains a suitable temperature and light environment inside the Green House, preventing air stagnation caused by complete shading. Combined with greenhouse ventilation equipment, it ensures air circulation, avoiding the "suffocating" effect of high temperature and humidity, and reducing problems such as flower and fruit drop and fruit cracking.

Green surface repels pests, aiding in insect control: The green surface has a certain repellent effect on piercing-sucking pests such as aphids, whiteflies, and thrips, reducing their phototactic invasion. 5. Anti-aging and waterproof, suitable for outdoor conditions: Using the same double-layer composite process as the black and white film, it has excellent tear resistance and puncture resistance. The UV-resistant and waterproof coating can withstand outdoor wind and sun exposure. Its outdoor service life can reach 3-4 years. The film surface is not easy to attract dust and can be cleaned by rain. It maintains its light filtering and reflective effects for a long time.
